May 7th - May 11th is National Teacher Appreciation Week
Please take minute to let the teachers of Robert E. Cashion know how much they mean to you and your children.
Thanks to all of the support we have had this year, PTA is able to fully fund the following Teacher Appreciation treats:
Monday: "Thank you for helping us to grow." Each teacher/aide/staff member will receive a plant.
Tuesday: "Our lives are sweeter because you are a teacher." Each teacher/aide/staff member will receive a candy bar.
Wednesday: Teacher Appreciation Luncheon sponsored by Zaxby's in Mauldin.
Thursday: "You LIGHT up our lives!" Bottled water and Crystal Light to-go packets will be available in the teacher's workroom.
Friday: "We think you SPARKLE." Each teacher/aide/staff member will receive a certificate to make their cars sparkle too courtesy of Happy Car Wash.
Saturday is SPA Day! Each teacher/aide/staff member will receive a certificate for a manicure and pedicure courtesy of the Donaldson Career Center!
The Boosterthon Fun Run was a ton of FUN! All of the kids, teachers and parents that attended had a great time. To help make this a fundraising success for the school, we need your help in making sure all of the pledges you collected are fulfilled.
Boosterthon donations are due Thursday, May10th. Please send your donations into the school in the Boosterthon envelope that came home with your student.
Mrs. Reaney, REC's librarian, is collecting Campbell's Labels for Education. This is another easy way to help our school get the supplies they need and the labels can be found on everything from BIC pens to PopSecret products and of course, Campbell's soup. All labels can be sent directly to Mrs. Reaney.
